FYI

I took this photo to let you all know this little bugger will eat the green above ground bits of your potatoes to smithereens. It is called the 26 or 28 spotted lady bug. I was going to waffle on about it but someone who I follow has already done a way better job than I might have.

THANKS! I'm never sure which are good ones and which are bad ones. I did see this one on my zucchinis the other day and there were lots of holes, so I decided it was the guilty party and squashed it. Will be squashing the rest when I find them....

Good call farmer Liz. You might also want to look under the leaves for any eggs and get them before they hatch.
