Since fish emulsion is naturally derived, it is considered appropriate for use in organic horticulture. In addition to having a typical N-P-K analysis of 5-2-2, fish emulsion adds micro nutrients.<BR/>Why 3 Plants? I got lettuce everywhere here so I really need to limit myself or they just go to waste.<BR/>Sowing shallow seeds like lettuce can be difficult because of our intense heat drying out the soil surface fairly quickly. Here, I would put some seed directly in to the soil and thin out when large enough.
