Victoria's killer fires in photos

Victoria's killer fires

Gallery of 164 photos of the devastation in Victoria.

As much as I'd like to put up a "normal" post, I just can't bring myself to while all this is happening.
It's fairly taken the wind out of my sails atm.

We understand and are heartsick with worry and grief. Our sympathies and prayers are with everyone in Australia being touched by this horror.

Stewart I was thinking the same thing myself this morning...it is just mind blowing, not so much the devastation that was bound to happen and will again unless we start managing the land properly but the loss of life is just staggering. I am numb.

Stewart I agree with you. I have been posting information about donations and stuff on my blog.
I cannot comprehend what they are going through. Even our boys are upset by the images they have been seeing and they are almost 6 and 4.

I forgot to mention the Suncorp Call Centre on the corner of Kitchener and Margaret Streets is opening their gates THIS sunday for the donation of goods for the bushfire appeal. They are open from 10 to 3. Clothing, Toiletries and Food is requested.
