🍄 What goes into my Gedye compost bins and how I make compost.
🍄 It can be a little complicated but once you know what to look for this is a great way to produce compost for your veggie garden.

🍄 Leaves, leaves and more leaves. You can never have enough or too many leaves when it comes to improving your soil, and you're always improving your soil.
🍄 I go out early each morning on the weekends and rake up as many leaves as I can and place them in a part of the yard that I have spare and just let them sit there to rot.
🍄 when they are ready I either add them to the compost or spread them around the garden as a sub mulch.
🍄 A quick and easy way to get your onion seedlings planted.
🍄 I don't bother with sowing onion seeds because one, in this case, a $4.00 punnet will supply me with up to 25 seedlings once divided.
🍄 It also cuts around 6 weeks off of the growing onions process.
