In this Three Minute Minty Monday, it all began with a weedy mint plant growing beside a leaky water tank.

Wow, ep.10 already.

To say I wasn't disappointed would be to tell a lie but they are super yummy potatoes even if the yield was a bit on the light side.

Not sure what I can do differently to improve things. Maybe more potting mix in the pot before I plant. 30cm rather than 15cm.

I might try a different variety next time, see if that makes a difference.

Three Minute Monday Ep.5. No Dig Lettuce.

Getting a small patch of garden bed ready for planting some no dig lettuce next week.

I didn't know it would be so hard to make a video three minutes long or short for that matter. There's so much to get through some times.

Three Minute Monday. Growing Paris Market, Baby Carrots.

I overshot the three minute make a little but I hope you'll forgive me.

This is an update on the Paris Market carrots I planted 4 months ago and I'm fairly pleased with the results.

Although slow during winter the time to harvest in the warmer months should be greatly reduced.
