Hi folks,
I've been banging on to the Good Wife about wanting a decent casserole dish for months, bemoaning the fact I'm always short of money and can't afford one.
So yesterday my wife went on one of her regular trips to the Gold Coast to see her daughter (Hi Ky) and visit our old family Doctor and unbeknown to me came back with this little number.
Now I'd left for work last knight and didn't see my wife when she got home, so much to my delight I come home at 2 this morning and find them all neatly wrapped up for me.
Lucky me.

Lucky you, now we expect to see some photos of the casseroles you will be making in the coming weeks.
That is one sweet casserole dish. I like your joggin chicken. funny.
love my casserole dish - it's a nice heavy one I inherited from my mum, good for two. Today I bought a wild rabbit - never cooked one before, might hate it, but there's something about it rather appealing. Maybe it's time for a 'pot off' (instead of 'bake off')! What's the first thing you're going to make with your new toy?
mmm awesome!! Nice indeed ; ) I love having nice good quality cookware too, nothing beats it. Its a strange thought that some of the cookware in my cupboard over there <-- is going to outlive me.. heh.. hope the kids like it!
Hi Pip, already cooked a beef and veggie casserole, photos on the way.
Hi Rosey, Thanks.
Jacqui, "What's the first thing you're going to make with your new toy"?

Hi Rolley, yes I'd think that's a strange thought, but now you got me thinking.
Cheers everyone and happy veggie cooking
